This patient had a severe infection of the upper part of her left ear which caused degeneration of skin and cartilage. Dr. Kim performed a multi-stage reconstruction of the missing ear with a combination of skin/cartilage flaps, skin grafts, and rearrangement of ear structures.



This woman had a full thickness defect of her right nose from skin cancer surgery. Dr. Kim used a forehead skin, cartilage grafts, and rotation of surrounding skin to repair the defect.



This patient had an advanced skin cancer of the face and nose. Due to her dark and less elastic skin type, surgical repair was difficult. Dr. Kim rotated skin from her forehead, face and neck to repair the defect.

This patient had a large skin cancer on her left cheek requiring removal. Dr. Kim reconstructed the area with local skin flaps.
